We worked with them directly to upgrade everything to the standards we wanted, and we were left with a fantastic system at a reasonable price.

Naturally, things have occasionally broken, but Reyes responds immediately even on the weekends. Just today, a Saturday, two years later, we woke up and the heat wasn’t working. Within an hour he had a tech at our house, he found the broken valve and went to get a replacement. Still under warranty.
